These are just a few of the many questions we hear regularly from people who discover the IDG framework and want to understand how to bring it into their work, at work.
Since their inception in 2021 there has been an explosion of hubs and networks globally to discuss the Inner Development Goals and their relation to each of us personally, and in our lives
After 2 years of hosting hosting monthly calls to explore and experiment the IDGs within the Global Practitioner Network (almost 1.000 global members) we are launching a free interactive online Community of Practice: Inner Development@Work.
The Inner Development@Work community aims to focus on the How and the practical application of the IDG framework.
Key focus areas of the community:
💎 IDG in Business: We support businesses in embedding IDG principles into their operations. By helping individuals align their behaviors with core principles, we foster environments where everyone can excel.
💎 Organizational Culture: We explore how the IDG journey influences organizational dynamics, promoting values such as integrity, inclusivity, and purpose-driven leadership. How we show up in our groups and lives—being good listeners, staying true to our values—shapes the foundation of our community.

Learnings
Over the past two years of hosting monthly practice calls within the Global Practitioner Network, we’ve witnessed firsthand the immense potential of the IDGs to inspire personal and professional growth. However, one of the key insights we’ve gathered is the growing need for a more interactive and actionable space—where members can go beyond discussing the ‘why’ and ‘what’ of the IDGs and focus on the ‘how.’ People want practical ways to integrate these principles into their everyday work, leadership, and organizational culture. This inspired us to create a community that not only fosters deep connections but also provides concrete tools and real-time support to help members embody the IDGs in their actions and decisions. It’s become clear that living these principles requires continuous reflection, shared experiences, and a supportive environment where we can all learn, grow, and hold each other accountable on this journey.
