We believe in activating authenticity through collaboration. If every human on the planet shines their strengths, what future would we live in?

Our story:
Softpunki is an evolving collective that connects the South and the North of the planet Earth. We were born during pandemic, out of a need to transform loneliness into a sense of belonging and individual struggles into pluralistic joyful co-creation. 4 years in, we are still evolving together!

Open call:
We love collaborating with coaches and consultants who share our ideals and who also work with entrepreneurs and changemakers!

Learnings

We noticed how our process is really sounding like ‘Evolving Together!’ because in parallel to acting as one organism through our collaborative projects, we also support each others in our individual professional development journeys and ignite each others to take actions in our locations.

We noticed how important it is to talk about cultural differences and to find a common language of communication, filled with honest sharing, reflective listening, perspective and feedback loops.

We noticed how essential it is to involve all ways of being, fast and slow, action and pausing, and so on.

More learnings still need to be put down on paper!
