Empowering communities to synergise collective change on Synapse

Solving the world’s most complex societal issues requires a shift in mindset and approach. We believe that we need to invest to make change happen, and that change can only happen when changemakers like yourselves come together as a single organized collective, working in concert towards shared societal goals.

We are building a global ecosystem of multisectoral collective changemakers. This community of practice is the place to share experiences and learnings, and rally collective changemakers to empower them and build the conditions to make it happen..

To support this effort, we have created the Collective Change Synapse, a digital platform to bridge gaps, foster collaboration, and empower individuals and organizations that tackle complex challenges together and make collective change happen.
