Description
We believe that Inner Development is the basis for the transformation we want to see in the world so that we can collectively achieve better results.
We intend to create a community of engaged people who feel empowered to act locally.
The ID-X immersion is inspired by the Inner Development Goals, being an opportunity to reconnect with ourselves, with others and with nature, where we disseminate practices that aim at personal growth and that support us in living with purpose, in a more sustainable way.
Learnings
We´ve run two cohorts so far, bringing together 60 Brazilian leaders from the industry, NGOs, public and educational institutions, facilitators, consultants and business counselors.
