The Transition Makers Toolbox provides educators with creative tools to equip students with the necessary skills and attitudes, based on the Inner Development Goals, for tackling major societal transitions. The tools are free to download, adapt & use in any context.
The Transition Makers Toolbox is the place to
1) find ready-to-go IDG teaching materials, from learning outcomes to activities to assessment,
2) get inspired by and informed on transition-focused education, and
3) meet like-minded educators in workshops & events.
The 33 tools in the Transition Makers Toolbox are co-created by a lively community of practice of teachers & educational developers across 10 Dutch higher education institutions.
Learnings
Each card is based on the Inner Development Goals, encouraging explorations of key skills, such as resilience, empathy, and connectedness. These conversations foster self-awareness and personal growth, empowering individuals to contribute more effectively to societal change.
Originally created for higher education, the deck is equally valuable for professionals, coaches, HR leaders, and personal development.
